Second, YOUR JOB HERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOT SECURE.
Most of them try to make you feel comfortable, but meanwhile, they are secretly moving things around in the workplace. There are a couple that are genuine and approachable. To start, most people in management are liars and manipulators. There are many, many bad things about working at Loopy. BUT, the men who own the company are really nice people I would say. The third: management sucks (will continue in second half). You are allowed to have many personal days, and they try to work around your school/ home life schedule. The second: They are flexible with scheduling. I loved coming to work every day just to see them. I heavily enjoyed my coworkers and loved working with them. The people that work alongside you can easily become long-term friends outside of work. The people that work here (not in supervisor/management positions) are amazing. The first: the coworkers are absolutely amazing. There are some good things about working at Loopy. I know people write reviews because they are mad at a company, but this one is a WARNING. This review is NOT out of anger, it is a WARNING. I was very confused because I didn't understand why they went from I was doing a great job to I was not a good fit. They did not give me an exact reason why I was not a good fit. Come Friday at the end of the workday I was called into the office and told me that I was not a good fit.
When I came back to work the leads were acting weird to me all week. I was out for the week of November because I had surgery. At the end of each work day they told me that I was doing a great job on all my assessments I just needed to pass the test. I was only getting 4 out of 50 cases wrong. Time goes on and I got written off on everything except for the case test. I also asked if I would get fired and they told me no. They told me that they will work with me and help me get a better understanding of what I getting wrong. When I first started I ask them what will happen if I did not pass the test the 3rd time. In order to get out of training, you have to get written off on 4 things.
